Shipping & Delivery of Yaghzu

 

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping applies to all U.S. mainland orders over $65 (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands).

How long does it take to receive my order?

How long does it take to get my order (United States)?

Once your order is placed and confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information.

Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on Fridays may take 5-7 business days to deliver.

Selecting Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail (2-Day) shipping applies to orders placed before 12pm MST (2pm EST) Monday through Thursday. Orders selected for Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail on a Friday after 12pm MST will be processed the following business day (Monday).

Orders selected for Priority Mail on a Thursday are not guaranteed to be delivered on Saturday. Similarly, orders selected for Next Day Air on a Friday are not guaranteed for delivery on Saturday. Please review the estimated shipping times map below for details.

*Orders submitted during holiday sales may experience minor processing delays and are not guaranteed to ship the same day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends. Orders placed with any shipping method on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. This also applies to holidays that fall on a Friday or Monday. Shipping to an APO address may take longer due to carrier capacity.

Depending on the amount of items ordered, some of our packages cannot be delivered to certain P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical address when placing an order. If there is an issue delivering your order to your PO Box, we will notify you as soon as possible.

While we will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time, Yaghzu cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, or other carrier-related issues.

Which countries does Yaghzu ship to?

We offer order shipping to customers in the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Palau, and USVI), Mexico, and Canada. We also ship internationally to various countries.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

Once your order confirmation has been received, it can take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. The tracking information is provided by the carrier and can take 24-48 hours to update the accurate status of your package.

Yaghzu cannot be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. In this instance, please work directly with the courier (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to file a claim and resolve the issue.

What if I am not there to receive my package?

If you can’t change your delivery address and no one else can accept the delivery at the delivery address, it may be left at a carrier’s facility. Please review the designated carrier’s policy for such circumstances (available from your tracking information link).

In some cases, the carrier may leave your order in a safe box at the address if it’s student accommodation, apartment, or your workplace. Although it is our mission to help where we can, once a package leaves our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for delivery and resolving lost package issues. Please contact the carrier to help resolve all delivery issues.

If your order is unable to be delivered and is returned back to us, we will attempt to contact you to correct the shipping address. If we are unable to get in touch with you, we will issue you a refund for the product price of your order.

Military Shipping (APO, FPO & DPO Addresses)

We ship to all valid APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. When placing your order, please make sure to select the United States as the country you’re shipping to, not the country associated with your deployment location.

Due to heightened security, limited tracking information is available on military orders, and we are unable to track orders after they leave the United States. Most military packages are delivered within 3-8 business days. However, depending on location and other external factors, including military inspection, some orders may experience additional delays.

When shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address, use the following format when completing your shipping address:

Note: The 4-digit ZIP code extension is required for all military addresses. Please make sure to enter this extension when placing your order. There is no need to enter the actual city, state, or country where you are located. Enter APO, DPO, or FPO for the city and AA, AP, or AE for the state.

Where does Yaghzu ship from?

Yaghzu ships globally from our headquarters in Wyoming, USA. We offer free shipping within the domestic United States for orders over $65.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order date for most items, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. Learn more about returns and exchanges and exceptions.
