What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges at Yaghzu are simple and hassle-free! We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original purchase date for the following reasons:

• You ordered the wrong size (too big or too small)

• You're simply not satisfied (doesn’t fit, feel, or perform as expected)

To ensure a smooth return process, please keep your item in original condition and do not wash or use the product before sending it back.

✅ Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following:

• Clean and free from hair, debris, or dirt

• Unworn and unwashed

• Original packaging and tags intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

• Final sale, clearance, or limited-edition drops

• Pre-orders, bundles, or custom/reserved products

⚠️ All returns are inspected at our warehouse. If your item doesn’t meet our return criteria, we may reject the return and send it back to you.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

We offer two refund options:

➕ Store Credit (Recommended)

• Receive 100% refund as store credit

💰 Original Payment Refund

• Refunded to your original payment method

• A return label fee will be deducted from your refund

⏳ Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process after we receive the item.

💡 A 15% restocking fee applies to items returned without original packaging.
